I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

I have a right to upload the commission on any/all social media (Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram, etc.) unless specified by you beforehand to keep the commission private.

I do not work on a "first come first serve" basis. Smaller commissions that do not take much time may be worked on in between larger commissions requiring more time.

You contact me at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but no more than once every two weeks. You are encouraged to contact me via Discord, Instagram, TikTok or Twitter.

Payment is due in full upfront.

Payment is done through PayPal.

A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.

You may make minor edits to the completed commission (ex. Cropping, Adding text/ borders, Changing Brightness/ Contrast/ Hue/ Saturation...).

You may use and reupload the commission but only if proper credit to me either by tagging me or simply sharing my username wherever possible

All commissions will be done digitally. You may print your art once finished if you want to

You may ask for a specific canvas size for the commission.

I will have the image stored and kept on my file garden. If you'd like at anytime for me to resend the image place contact me

The product received by client is for personal use. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me.

I reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to buyer.
